Luc & Wout, father and son, are founders and co-organizers of the festival. Their job is to make sure everything falls into place in the end and every team can do its job without any problems. Of course assembling the line-up is an important part of the job.
It seems like the weather gods are into post-rock. We've been monitoring the weather forecast and it's looking better every day. Just to show you how excellent it's going to be, we made this chart with temperatures and chance of rain.
There will be a shuttle driving between the train station and the festival but also consider walking to the festival through the Flemish country side. It's a little bit more than 3km if you take the scenic route and it leads you through the fields and forests surrounding the festival.
You are probably aware of the fact that the festival has this label project called dunk!records where we release a few albums on vinyl once in a while. For this years edition of the festival we have some pretty cool new releases coming up. But also recently released albums you can hear live at #dnk17 and some very interesting represses...

Muses by Audiolepsia is released today! "One of the strongest releases of the year" according to the Post-rock Facebook Page. The album is available in two color editions. Both pressed on high quality 180g vinyl and limited to 125 copies each. The beautiful artwork (by Khoa Le) is printed on reverse cardboard.
