Celestial Wolves (be)

Instrumental. Melodic. Dynamic. Powerful. These four words have defined Celestial Wolves since they formed in Herzele a distant 15 years ago. For almost two decades these local heroes have honoured their commitment to post-rock, renewing it with grand release after grand release to form an impressively solid discography. Our next-door neighbours have been with us since the very beginning, releasing their debut 'Wood for Wood' on dunk!records in 2013, followed by 'Call of the Void' (2018) - an album that cemented their status as one of Belgium's finest exports in the genre- and their now iconic “live at dunk!festival 2021” recorded in a (virtual) forest.

Their comeback record 'V I I I V' (pronounced 'Five Is Four’) ended the long radio silence last year, and presented us with the same memorable riffs, but an expanded sonic palette. The graceful addition of brass elements not only perfectly complemented Celestial Wolves’ already cinematic compositions, but gifted them of a whole new “live soundtrack” quality. This time around we’re happy to give them a real stage, and with all-new tunes to support them, Celestial Wolves are sure to win you over once again. Another welcome return, their show will sure feel like a homecoming. So prepare to shed plenty of tears but also head-bang a little when our next-door neighbours climb on our stages once again!
