An instrumental duo from the Australian Gold Coast, The Sea Shall Not Have Them have been making immersive noises capes since 2008. Curt Emerton on guitars, bass, and keys, and Mat Wilton on drums and field recordings, this ambitious duo conjures up something as vast as an ocean and as glorious as any Australian beach party. While hard to define in simple terms, TSSNHT “sit in rare company with those who can capture the mood of our darkest moments as humans but still make it one of the most beautiful sounds you will ever hear” (Heavy Blog Is Heavy).
