It’s been a long time coming, but we’re so very happy to finally bring are one of Europe's finest and most prolific instrumental rock acts to our festival; everyone, please welcome Toundra!

Madrid's Toundra emerged from the 2000’s Spanish hardcore scene, and it shows! Angular riffs, robust bass, and fast unrelating drumming, these guys are essentially still an hardcore band, just without vocals. Forged by these tumultuous years and challenging times, Toundra’s music fully encapsulates the DIY and rebellious spirit of its founding members, exploring the full dynamic range of what music could sound like without a single word being uttered, let alone, sung. Despite the occasional nod to Neurosis and the rare wink to Mogwai, Toundra’s music truly transcends all influences and expectations with devastating results. From their self-titled debut released in 2008 through to the cinematic magnum opus 'Hex' (2022), Toundra have released album after album of expansive, technically complex yet immediate and emotionally compelling post-rock.
