Art Exhibition

New this year is our partnership with a fine selection of established and upcoming artists. We invited Overlabt to set-up an art exhibition in connection to the festival setting. The best part: it’s all included in your ticket!

Overlabt is an art house, an open space for artists, creative minds, culture and enthusiasts. They aim to provide art in all its forms as oxygen to the community, offering breathing space within the busy world around us.

For !moon party they are inviting artists from across Flanders to collaborate on an exhibition in and alongside the forest. The forest as a white cube, but without the stark white walls. A canvas that is already filled but which might gain even more meaning through the artworks.

Enter the forest and walk through the canvas to become part of the art!

Just as the Artemis II rocket shot towards the moon and circled its dark side, this weekend the dark side of the moon will shine at this festival.

No moon party or !moon party  (in computer language the ! refers to ‘not’) is a celebration where art and music come together, where light and dark embrace each other, where people and the forest become one. 

Participating artists are Fred Bervoets, Thijs Van der Linden, Niels Beaufays, Zena Van den Block, Nele Fack, Stijn Eeckhout, Karel Thienpont, Guillaume Van Moerkercke, Bert Drieghe, Overlabt crew, Koen van den Broek and Marie Van Impe.
